Reviews on TicketMaster: Love Gaga, Hate Opening Acts

For starters, have these people ever been to concerts before? The opening acts usually take up a substantial amount of time. Secondly, when you purchase a ticket, you're doing it for the main act. Unless the opening acts are just absolutely ghastly, I don't see the point in complaining.

I feel like they thought they were absolutely ghastly. It is only the people that had the worst time that ever write reviews, afterall.

if Gaga had any ****s to give about what people think of Starlight, she wouldn't be on this tour.

but she doesn't give a ****. she values Starlight and wants to share every bit of that stage with her.

I think Starlight played the 45 minute long bass techno just to piss people off. I miss her drunk rock DJ days, she played some kick ass tunes! I thought Hatsune was cool, though.

See, that's what I don't get, why would Starlight deliberately piss people off? Starlight and Gaga need to realize that this is not their underground act they used to do in NYC, they're on a major world tour. Starlight's job is to get the audience pumped for Gaga's show, not piss them off :smh:

I don't get it either, but it seems they get a rise out of it, like some sort of rebel, art, dry humor thing. Tongue n' cheek on fame and seeing what they can get away with. :toofunny:

I now have a vision of Gags and Starlight sitting backstage knocking back the Jamesons, raving to heavy metal: "Now, Colleen, what can you do next? :creepflop: "

I don't think the name of the tours really matter? Like how would a different name make it more exciting?

Who said anything about a name making it exciting? I'm tired of the fact that every tour is just the name of the album as a ball. I mean unless you live under a rock you'd know tours aren't always the name of the album. I'm saying for once it'd be dope if she got creative with the title.

Slé Starlight :smh: It's obvious at this point that Gaga is only having her on because they're friends. Her BTWB act was even worse imo, but she's still here, so Gaga obviously doesn't care :emma:

Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn

But the names of her albums are descriptive of the albums themselves and the tours are telling the stories of the songs on the album and bringing them to life so it only makes sense. I think it's a nice tradition and reflective of how dedicated to each album she has put out.

Starlight's job is to make Gaga look 10x better by comparison  :fan:

From personal experience, Hatsune was cute but got old. Starlight was boring and her set felt super repetitive, it was bad. Love you Starlight but this set was just bad.

There are times when I think they sit somewhere and laugh at us when we get all riled up about it. :smh:

The thing is, this time her act wasn't so bad. People were actually into it, the first 10 minutes. She even got people to clap and cheer. However, as time went on, you see the eye rolls and smoke come out of people's ears at the repetitive sound and she still acted all into it, 45 minutes later! She is a very dedicated stage troll... :troll:
