HORRORHOLIC 104
It doesn't fall flat at all. It's one of the best songs on the album.
JudasInTheDark 3
I think it's because the production is SO NOISEY. Don't me wrong, I love the tracks lots, but I totally see what you mean. I almost stop paying attention sometimes when it plays. It's kind of a blur. Sometimes empty space in songs does wonders and leaves the listener on edge (like in Venus when it goes silent on the verses between lines and she says "VENUS" or even in last year's mega-hit Royals, where empty space dominated the background of the track), and MJH has none of that at all really. It's just a HUGE song production wise and if you're not really paying attention to detail underneath, it all starts to sound like a buzz in the background of the album. alposnacks 1
I didn't know MJH was so loved. Technically it's a good song with good production, but I never listen to it anymore. It doesn't grab me or stand out as an ARTPOP highlight. It's kind of similar to Government Hooker in that way, though I think I like GH more.
Battle 4 Ur Life 6,713
"piss" is too experimental imo. I was shocked from the very snippet. :dead: the song is amazing tho. I don't think it falls flat at all. I actually think it stands strong for what it stands for. “Fantastic, chic, freak, slay.”
HausOfAntonio 8,021
What the actual **** MJH is her best song the prechorus and verses are her BEST, the bridge only loses to GUY's and the chorus is still a highlight. It's a godsend and haters will deal.
Miel 15,009
It's alright, but I must say that the bridge is incredible. Cringe-worthy, but still kind of amazing. It only falls flat live, imo. 3 points in and ready for more
feelitinmybones 0
I really don't like the bridge, I wish I did but I just find it cringe worthy. Someone make me fall in love with it The song is good, even though I really dont understand it, and I have smoked weed quite a bit

ryhanna 3,507
It's a great song, but it feels like it's missing a certain something that makes me want to blast it on repeat.

CyanLights 15,576
When I first heard about MJH, I thought, "Oh, great, a weed song. Really, Gaga?" It turned out to be one of my favorite songs on the album. This tbh. I wasent expecting that beat I can listen to the instrumental alone for hours
HarryTheNight 35
It's the definition of just "okay" IMO. There's nothing that sets it apart and it's not even close to being seriously mentioned among Gaga's best. But the same is true of Dance in the Dark and everyone stans for that. I've simply come to the conclusion that my taste just doesn't match up with the majority of the fanbase. YES!!! I've always found this incredibly overrated too, it just is underwhelming and doesn't really go anywhere. our taste though
HarryTheNight 35
And at all the pressed people in here acting like i've killed someone. just sharing my opinion in a respectful way and wanted some discussion on the topic, im not forcing my opinion on you just sharing it, thats why theres a poll where you can easily say that you disagree and you love it, which most clearly do. I guess im just missing out on something but im still not feeling it for whatever reason

Mama Ru 994
If I had to rank the songs on ARTPOP, MJH would rank somewhere in the middle. I don't think of it as a highlight of the album but I wouldn't call it filler at all. Im blonde, I'm skinny, I'm rich, and I'm a little bit of a bitch.
