Maybe it's just me but I'm not attending a concert for an album I don't like, when all you'll be hearing the entire night is songs from the album even if I'm a fan of the artist. I took it to mean the fan base itself, not the specific concert. I mean in that case sure, no one wants a downer at a concert who's not enjoying it. I must say, though I loved the show, Detroit was the weirdest show I have ever been to. There were reviewers in the GA section looking at us all like freaks, there were families there and there were a lot of people there who came to see GaGa for the first time and were expecting older material and were disappointed when The Edge of Glory and Judas were not performed. You don't tell people who just bought a ticket to your show to "get the Fuk out" And like someone^ said before because one "Doesn't like ARTPOP" doesn't mean there not fans. Lets face it in all honesty most of her "Fans" didn't even buy the album so the stadium should realistically empty out according to her. She gets excited and she just starts saying all types of crazy things. I'm really not taking this to heart like you said. This. It's not unusual for performers to blurt things out in the heat of the moment. Imagine you're up there and trying to make a point about something in front of all these people, but don't have time to figure out how to phrase it properly. It's easy to end up saying something that seems odd. It's not like when Britney randomly shouted "Merry Christmas" to the audience on her Circus tour in March.
