She is insulting her. She is implying that Katy is ripping her off. She is pitting herself against Katy. That's the exact opposite of what she had been promoting last fall when Applause and Roar came out. Hmmm..... no. She is just calling other ppl out on being a copycat when other ppl call her a copycat all the time. They all draw the same ideas from the same sources, it isn't one copying another one. The tweet is a harmless joke, what people read into it is their problem. Honestly Mariah carey,Madonna,Christina aguilera and RIHANNA are all b---hy so why should it matter if gaga is. I love it.
