On July 30, GaGa got a new wig for Act 1 and wore it with goggles for tonight only

On July 30, GaGa added Dope to the setlist after Born This Way

On August 1, GaGa got a new costume for Act 1 and wore the new wig without goggles

On August 1, GaGa changed the white costume for Act 3 to red

 

By the way, thank you for this page of changes, its really interesting reading about how much the show evolves over time

For May 18, it was act 3 and 4 that had changed wigs. For May 26, the act 3 costume is completely different, not with a jacket.
