broadwaybrian318 18
Hey guys I went to the show last night. Totally amazing experience. Was LMZ got there at 6am in the morning and was number 6. It seemed like everyone was excited. When we got into the area we made it to the front stage at the barrier. She went on around 9:15. The show is super fast paced. She spends sometime talking right before s-xxx Dreams and that's when everyone through their stuff onstage. I made her a jacket with LEd lights on the shoulder that she picked up and put on and sang some of the song it. Best moment of the night for me. PS she is on the catwalks a lot I would say try to get a spot near one of them. Had the best time ever and heading to Atlanta for show

Essence 148
You must be new to concerts Almost every artist does an encore, even Rihanna. people still leave whenever an artist says "this is a lost song" because they worry about parking :laughga:

Silvy 2
pleassee someone confirm: Is it true that gaga said to fans on backstage that the tour is not coming to latinamerica?
jcOMFG 219
Can't believe how many people are complaining! And most of you are judging based on LQ videos instead of the actual experience! I can tell you personally that having been there, the one thought that stuck in my head the most was "she's back!!!" This tour is fantastic, the energy that we've come to expect from Gaga is most certainly still there, the vocals and visuals are on point, the plot is pure campy Gaga goodness, and the rave element is incredibly fun and refreshing. I highly recommend waiting until you see it live before you start slinging around such harsh judgement and negativity. Or you know, just give me your tickets if you're so insistent that "it's a flop" and you don't wanna go anymore. Cuz I sure would adore to see this very show over and over and over again! ;D
display name 4,360
Some of you should remember how this worked during the Born This Way Ball Tour. After the first show, all of you were saying how cheesy and cheap it looked, and, before that show, you guys said that Gaga took way too long to start the tour, so, by that point, it was obvious that she could not have done anything right in terms of the tour to please you guys. Then after you guys started going to the shows, you loved it. Give it a chance. If you bought your tickets and your shows are coming up, then calm down. If you will not be attending one of the shows, then it sucks to be you. There is no point in being negative because you watched a few videos that were poorly recorded in terms of video and audio quality. The best way to see a show is by actually seeing a show through your eyes, no through a screen. Edited May 5, 2014 by Vamp
L E O 6,035
How can you possibly complain about the show being too short (damn, I can't write that without thinking of JnD :dead: )? I mean, yeah, the show didn't last for two hours, but hey, 21 ****ing songs, + 3 interludes (and only one is only instrumental). I can't be more happy about the length! KaanBTW 5,223
I am okay with Gaga being little bit more simple. My favorites so far are Fashion!, Applause, Swine, Venus, Gypsy and G.U.Y. Best thing about artRAVE is stage and lighting Can't wait for 16th September
Zoey Brooks 0
the plot is pure campy Gaga goodness There's a plot??
Orly D 314
With the videos and pictures that I've seen so far, wow, I really can't help to say; the main stage design is so disappointing, and no plot?! One of the aspects that made TMBT so dynamic was that she changed the set very frequently. It looked like a really expensive tour, but yet a professional one. This was one of the reasons why TBTWB received so much hate when the stage was revealed. It was so immobile. Compared with TMBT, she couldn't really extend her creativity with the plot and stage with a stationary block of styrofoam. She had to build her ideas around that castle, and hence, that kinda limited her creativity. And now, with this tour, she has decided to carry on with the negatives from her previous shows. I thought she was a performance artist. Even musicals/plays have more interesting set designs than this. The colour scheme for this tour could have been complimented by really cool set designs. Take Mysteryland as an example. Even a stationary stage can look good, if you know how to put proper props to use. Heck, even Kitty Brucknell's stage for her performance for X-Factor was much more interesting than Gaga's. Yes, X-Factor! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDnIghe135A I thought this was called the ARTPOP Ball. But where is the art? Ok, let's not even go there. Let's first try to find the "pop" in ARTPOP. This is neither art NOR pop. Even FBT, TMBT and BTWBT are more "ARTPOP" than ARTPOP. From what I have seen so far, this tour is based on music and cool lights. If I really wanted to experience those 2 things, I could just go to a club. But based on the current concept of the tour, what makes a club different from a Lady Gaga concert, will be the sole deciding factor of fans' decisions to buy a ticket for the show. Lady Gaga better buck up in the right direction. She already went in the wrong direction by releasing stagnant music that took her such a long time to produce. I will always respect her for her talents, and I will always respect her for the things that she sticks up for, but if the next project that she puts out doesn't meet my expectations, I will have to turn my stan card in. An artist's talents and his/her philanthropies are not enough for me to stan for. I want to stan for a musician because of his/her music. And that applies to Lady Gaga as well. jcOMFG 219
There's a plot?? Gaga is a being that has landed on planet Venus and invited us along in the quest for a "missing light" that she is searching for through music and fashion
MessyTop 13,730
Costumes look super cheap and what a mess of a set list!!!! She needs to remix old hits and make them Cool. Plus where's the ART? ArtRave, right???
gagaconvert 68
Didn't she tweet a while ago that she'd bring a bunch of people from the audience back stage every night (in addition to the ones w/ ARTPOP Zone tickets of course)?! I really hope she introduces that at some point.
