I thought it was about Fame. And the song Monster explained the Fame Monster concept perfectly. She wanted to be famous but it went way too far. She wanted to "Just Dance" (first single) but we took her home instead. We made her a megapopstar and the Fame/fans consumed her--ate her heart and then ate her brain.
