Ikr the difference is fcking huge :rip:

I mean when Gaga visited NYC for the artRAVE, she played Madison Square Garden which was an arena but this time she sold out two stadium dates in NYC.

So current trends show total gross to be around $161,571,477 if similar numbers occur throughout the show.

But won't, since stadium shows are over. Expect a total gross of $115M

No it's not calculated that way. She had a lot of stadium dates for the US but she's touring Europe soon which will all be arena dates as opposed to stadium dates.

Average gross per night won't be as high.

Let's just be conservative and settle for $105m. Europe earnings are usually not as good as USA's. I dk but it seems like arena capacities are smaller.

And prices are lower. But there's another USA leg in late November / December

Real impressive numbers, I think she'll get around 102-105m at the end.

:applause:

Well, to be slightly more fair to the good sis artRave, we can also compare her arena gross only:gaysia:

With Joanne World Tour, Gaga grossed $21.2 M from first 12 arena shows, a stunning average of $ 1.7 M per show.

With artRave, Gaga grossed $12.021 M with fisrt 12 arena shows, averagely $1 M per show.

Born This Way Ball arena shows in the USA/Canada grossed $12.934 M from 9 concerts, $ 1.44 M per show.

The last leg of Monster Ball in North America grossed $56.609 M from 38 concerts, $ 1.49 M per show.

As for the number of tickets sold:

Joanne World Tour: 189,275 tickets for 12 shows, 15,772 tickets per show.

artRave: 147,996 tickets for 12 shows, 12,333 tickets per show.

Born This Way Ball: 113,843 tickets for 9 shows, 12,649 tickets per show.

The Monster Ball Tour: 540,013 tickets for 38 shows, 14,210 tickets per show.

So, in terms of the number of arena tickets sold:

Joanne World Tour is 11% up from The Monster Ball,

28% up from artRave,

and  25% up from  Born This Way Ball.

And in terms of average gross per show:

Joanne World Tour is 14% up from The Monster Ball,

70% up from artRave,

and  18% up from  Born This Way Ball.

I love all her tours, I'm just really glad this current tour is doing so extraordinarily well.

artRAVE was probably my favourite until this happened. Still love all of them!
