Yes, just not over the telecast. Katy got a million more viewers on the television broadcast, whereas Gaga got more views on streaming platforms and combined overall.

Show reached at least 150 million unique people, garnering more than 80 million views and totaling 260 million minutes watched. When you add up everything is what they are saying. No where does the article mention that she was number one in just the television audience. Ratings have changed and digital ratings from other platforms are just as important as people sitting in front of there TV's. Read the article.

What I'm saying is that if you combine the Live TV audience with the viewers from the other viewing platforms is that Gaga is on top. But if you leave the Live Broadcast alone Katy still has the record

Not really because people can watch the live broadcast from some of those other platforms. It doesn't necessarily mean that the show was watched  after the live broadcast. FoxSportsGo app had it on live. So they count those as live viewership.
