I'd probably say that, over the span of their careers, Gaga has been more 'fashionable' while Rihanna has been more 'stylish'. Gaga's best looks are her totally whacky, crazy looks that no average person would wear. Rihanna's best looks are her sexy or cool looks that people want to emulate. Gaga's fashion is way more avant garde (pre Joanne era). So if you are looking for relatable fashion and a fashion inspiration for your own wardrobe I guess Rihanna is better but if you are looking for an artistic piece maybe for inspiration in your own art or whatever then Gaga's is better Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
