When it was release it did cause some confusion because it didn't become a single everywhere and it might not have been the most obvious single choice. But the song is really cute, and the video only adds to that vibe. It became pretty succesfull where I live (The Netherlands). But because it was a relatively low-key release it just seemed so effortless and there was no pressure tied to it. It's simply just 3 minutes of joy and relaxation . And let's not forget that it also produced one of Gaga's best acoustic performances. She even tweeted it as one of her favorite performances back in july 2010! I haven't really seen hate, but I do see a lot of people obviously believing that Gaga released other stuff that's just a million times better and in that light, Eh, Eh apparently looks stupid.
