Lady Gaga took the stage at the 60th Grammy Awards for a beautiful piano performance which she dedicated to her late aunt Joanne. Joined on stage by her friend and collaborator Mark Ronson, Gaga played a stripped-back medley of "Million Reasons," which is up for Best Pop Vocal Performance at this year's show, and the Grammy-nominated album's title track "Joanne."

"This is for my father's late sister," Gaga told the audience. "This is for love and compassion even when you can't understand."
