Lady Gaga stole the show at this year's American Music Awards with a stunning rendition of her latest single "The Cure." Wearing a gorgeous metallic outfit designed by her sister Natali Germanotta, Gaga started out the performance at the piano and then broke out into a dance number, which was streamed live from her sold-out show in Washington, D.C.
Shortly after the performance, Gaga won the award for Favorite Female Artist and got emotional during her acceptance speech. "I have the best fans in the whole world," she told the crowd. "I am so lucky. You just remember, if you feel different, if you feel not understood, don’t you are give up on who you are. You fight like hell for what you believe in!"
