DC is doing fine? Superman was great, penguin was great, last Batman was great. Supergirl flopped but I heard it wasn’t a bad movie. Joker flopped but the first did well. It sounds like it’s just generally going alright. It’s got promise and keeping things separate is genius so creatives can actually make something creative and potentially resonant! IMO marvel is in WAY worse shape bc optically it’s associated with corporate sludgy crap atp. It’s seen as visionless, overly produced, anti art, etc. ideally she’d touch neither again imo but I think marvel is just in the toilet rn and outside of its very hard fans it’s time has passed and it’s basically a punchline for absolute dogsh*t movies for manchildren.
