Bloody Mary remains her greatest instrumental achievement to date. & Heavy Metal Lover still has her best lyric (she will never beat it) Glory days. Long live Born This Way!

I just listened to the song and I really don't get what's being talked about her not having any growth as an artist. I think a lot of people haven't really gotten much into her discography to actually distinguish this stuff, I can sense a bit of a The Fray/Kings of Lion alt rock kind of vibes this time. Also to say the song leads nowhere just proves our ****ed up attention spam, I really like how the guitar strums are like yearning for so long and then it all leads to a catharsis. Above 200$ for Melanie Martinez is absolutely ridiculous. Her tickets should be 50-100 max. I don’t know what planet they live on… I produce shows myself so I know they get very expensive very fast but if that means the tickets are so expensive the audience can’t even attend them what’s the point ? Somebody somewhere lost the plot and this is not shade towards Kesha or Melanie, im sure they would sell out if the tickets were priced normally. People are not actively resisting having a fun night out, they just can’t go !!
