When she turned 30, she said she wanted to explode in her 30s and damn she did. She did the Superbowl, multiple movies, released 3 studio albums, a soundtrack, a jazz album and a companion album to a movie, won so many awards, broke record after record, became a streaming powerhouse and gave us great music and live performances! Talk about exploding. Lets all celebrate her birthday here! And what do you guys think the next 10 years will have in store for us?

They could even throw in body composition metrics in a class such as % of muscle for example to account for actual strength vs fat This way it does not matter if men and women disproportionately make up more of some strength and height categories because either way, ur competing against comperable opponents and sex (at birth or transitioned) would be irrelevant
