Her lawyers repeatedly invoked the words of Justice Clarence Thomas, who alone among the nine justices has called for erasing the same-sex marriage ruling. Thomas was among four dissenting justices in 2015. Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito are the other dissenters who are on the court today. Roberts has been silent on the subject since he wrote a dissenting opinion in the case. Alito has continued to criticize the decision, but he said recently he was not advocating that it be overturned. Hi everybody, Some weeks ago I went to the Mayhem Ball in Milan N2 and it was just phenomanal. I was willing to write a post about my experience, but I had just too much to say, because it was THAT good. So, because I’m very busy atm, I wasn’t able to do that, but I really wanted to make a new thread where anybody that attended the concert could share unique opinions, details and insights about their own date. So, I’ll start with a couple of mine and I would really like to read about yours! - At first, from the videos, I was unsure about the post credit part with HBDYWM, but when I experienced that in person, my opinion completely changed. I thought it was unique and genious. In that final moment, when Gaga appears without makeup or staging, the magic doesn’t fade, it becomes real. What once felt like a dream turns tangible and you realize that behind such a grand spectacle stands a real, vulnerable, and brilliant person who makes humanity itself part of her art. And using HBDYWM for this moment was just genious. - This is more about the audience but anyway, I loved to see how diverse the demographic was: I could see people from 14-15 all the way to 70-75. Also, even those filming were dancing, because you just couldn’t stay still. And countless others were dancing and singing without worrying about their phones. Some even making whole a** collective choreos in GC. There were incredible moments of collective unity. A truly extraordinary audience I’m proud to have been part of. Gaga even said she heard us from backstage before starting and she said she couldn’t wait to come on stage. What about yours?

Waited five hours in 104 degree desert heat for Gaga and that opening completely blew me away in a way I’ve never felt before even from Gaga. The operatic vocals, the dark thumping beats of Abracadabra while the crowd went nuts, and those angelic notes on the bridge were career-defining. The staging extended by the screens looked so epic and Gaga’s now iconic red dress was breathtaking even before it opened into more genius and madness. The start of the most impressive live tour of her career.

The opener of the Art of Personal Chaos will go down as one of the most iconic performances of her career.
