  3. I just find gays who are degrading men over and over, I mean, ya'll have haus of taste threads and participating in an online orgy and ejaculation over shirtless men, but you don't seem to see the problem in that and how you are degrading these men. So it might be a satire or a marketing, but it's her choice and she is in this cover, participating in this act by 100% consent, so if she's not feeling degraded, then nobody should tell her that.. that's feminism, that is empowerment.

  14. Despite being able to afford a private jet, the star prefers to travel by train, demonstrating his commitment to sustainability. "My wife works in sustainability, so we try and fly completely normally as much as possible. We were flying back on a Ryanair, I think from a gig in Italy that I was doing last year. But all of my fans who'd been at the gig were flying back on the same flight". "I like the environment. I like trees. I find it hard to justify eco stuff [...]I have, when we are doing intense promo trips, there'll be the odd time. But I'm very much trains or I'm flying to Mexico tomorrow with BA [British Airways] kind of thing." Ed Sheeran has also revealed he has 24-hour security for himself and his family after an attempted break-in at his home.

  22. Her music makes it clear its satire. Satire of herself and her terrible taste in men that results in them treating her like **** and taking advantage of her before she drops them. Please, please, please/good graces/dumb & poetic/sharpest tool/man child/bed chem/slim pickins/juno/lie to girls/couldnt make it any harder. Like her entire gimmick and stance is beyond obvious if you actually engage with her content. With all that being said - if you have to explain satire you've missed the mark. I think she's swung and missed this particular instance. But some folks are showing a real lack of critical thinking skils or media literacy with some of the accusations they throw her way.

  25. Because of accessibility from streaming mainly. The entire album is available to everyone for free on multiple platforms. So 3 months into Mayhem's lifespan, album cuts have already been pushed out to casual listeners who may enjoy them via the streaming platform algorithims. So the only growth market is people who already listen starting to listen more regularly which is unlikely, or for people who had zero interest in a new Gaga album after Abracadabra/SNL/Coachella/Copacabana to suddenly want to listen to the new single. Music videos don't effect the dial all that much anymore - too long for tiktok, near extinction of music video channels mean they have no natural audience anymore. And people don't buy singles anymore. Collectors and fans will buy a ltd edition physical release if available, but most physical singles now come with multiple month long waiting times. So without people buying a single on itunes out of casual interest because it's only $0.69, the best you get now is people listening to it once or twice a day on streaming which is a tiny fraction of the amount of streams needed to impact the chart.

  30. Why is it even a conversation? Why can't women do what we want? Why does it matter? All of this outrage over her album cover is just right wing/misogonistic propaganda repackaged to further control women's bodies and how we dress and act.

  43. Sabrina Carpenter by David LaChapelle Sabrina Carpenter to Rolling Stone on the decision to start a new era with ‘Man’s Best Friend’: “If I really wanted to, I could have stretched out Short n’ Sweet much, much longer. But I’m at that point in my life where I’m like, ‘Wait a second, there’s no rules.’ If I’m inspired to write and make something new, I would rather do that. Why would I wait three years just for the sake of waiting three years? It’s all about what feels right. I’m learning to listen to that a lot more, instead of what is perceived as the right or wrong move.” Antonoff felt a new era started the minute “Manchild” was born, completed right before the new year, along with two other tracks they knocked out. “When I heard those three, that was the moment when I was like, ‘Oh, my God.’ ” he says. “You could imagine the entire album from that point, because the songs had such an identity. “I find a lot of this album to be some of the most honest work I’ve ever heard,” he adds. “There’s something really celebratory about it, but most of the lyrical content is about disappointment in relationships and all the different shapes it takes. I think it’s a celebration of those who let you down.”

  44. Thank you I always believed in full freedom, but I just changed the way I express myself, and im happy its working with everyone here. Thank you for making me feel welcomed, I always felt disliked here By the way, in my country, im seen an extreme radical progressive, but in the American context, they view me as conservative. So its always confusing how I want to label myself here lol
