  1. Visual album. The fact that she hasn't done one after having some of the most iconic visuals is a crime.

  3. full industrial album. perfect celebrity has had me in a chokehold since i -ahem- flew to new zealand to listen to it. i know she considered turning mayhem into one after making perfect celebrity and i'm thrilled she didn't, the album is all bangers, but i would love a full album of industrial sounds. perhaps with trent reznor as a producer. bring back gesaffelstein and have cEvin key produce as well.

  8. Well I’m not surprised. Miley’s successful eras have always been broken up by eras like this. She never seems to have two eras in a row with a major hit. She always seems to be able to bounce back whenever she wants though, which many cannot do. Still, it makes one realize that Gaga’s “flop” eras are not actually flops at all.

  9. Then you're completely dense. That comment is the most elaborative and related to the concept of the album... . Each color for a tribe she was going on. And if it's true that it means the inclusion of all 12 tones, then Sine From Above has a lot more sense, so tie the points together and realize it's a journey and escapism from pain and trauma trough colors and music.

  10. Chromatic is a term in music and color that means the inclusion of all 12 notes in the octave or all the hues of color. This was apart of the early concept with the different tribes in the world of chromatica

  23. She's not just championing separation of trans athletes from cis athletes (which to be clear, shouldn't be done) - her goal is to erradicate trans healthcare altogether and force trans people out of existence. It's is not a matter of differing opinions when one of the opinions is 'these people shouldn't exist on their terms'. You got me there tho, I'm not pro free speech in it's truest form, because that implies fredom of spreading disinformation which is what she does - I don't think that should be allowed, especially when one has a platform as large as hers - that should absolutely not work 'both ways'.

You don’t deserve the backlash you’ve been getting on Gaga Daily since MAYHEM came out. You’re a beautiful piece of music, and you’re perfect just the way you are.

  40. I happen to have Blinding Lights on my YouTube playlist yesterday and found out that it’s mv is sitting at 936M views while good sis DWAS MV already crossed 1B. This is actually shocking considering that BL is one of the most successful songs of all time and a big part of its peak was during the pandemic. Thinking that YouTube used to pull out even bigger numbers back then we come to realization that DWAS is REALLY that biatch!

  46. IMO, I think Gaga felt so disconnected from her persona and the way she used to create that she had to create a concept to reverse engineer her understanding of what she used to do. So Chromatica is a meta concept she used (both a reference to the chromatic scale in music and the chromatic color scale) as a way of reintroducing and reintegrating the idea that she could use fantasy through visuals and music to tell her story again. I think, to some degree, it was just a way of recreating a safe space where she could create from that vantage point without fear of judgement because I think she felt pretty traumatized from the more fantastic/surreal elements of her work being both misunderstood in the past and also having served as a vehicle for some of her more self-destructive inclinations.
