From ATRL Another outfit request by Gaga's style team today, for a video shoot in December. Last time this happened in early October to another Chinese stylist (as I first reported here too), and half a month later, Disease came out, so this might mean it's for the 2nd single music video. Elton John criticized the legalization of marijuana, saying it’s “addictive” and impairs cognitive thinking. “I maintain that it’s addictive. It leads to other drugs,” John, who was named Icon of the Year by Time Magazine, told the outlet. “And when you’re stoned — and I’ve been stoned — you don’t think normally. Legalizing marijuana in America and Canada is one of the greatest mistakes of all time.” John, 77, looked back on his own experiences with drugs, saying that cocaine was his drug of choice after being introduced to the narcotic by former manager and lover John Reid. Following the death of his friend Ryan White, who contracted AIDS from a blood transfusion, John checked into Chicago’s Parkside Lutheran Hospital on July 29, 1990 — and has remained sober ever since. We've seen the phrase "promo sensitive" applied to Gaga many times. We've seen songs like MR flounder until she promoted it. Why is she so promo sensitive? As opposed to someone like Kendrick or Beyonce or Taylor who can just put their stuff out there and people will check it out, Gaga seems to need her stuff forced onto people to click. Why?

Olly's just released another new track from his upcoming album Polari (out 7th Feb 2025). I don't know how others feel, but I'm finding the new album to be more interesting than his first solo album Night Call. I am a sucker for the 90s dance vibe he's gone for this era

And I don’t mean it in a Stan wars way I mean it, if the more “educated” the artist is the fandom more “educated”? And if that’s the case, the more educated the fandom the easier they can stop supporting the artist? Is there supposed to be a balance of not too smart not too dumb to keep a long lasting relationship with fans When an idol only has a relationship with their fans of I love you thanks for everything and the fans only say I love you you are perfect is it going to be long lasting or too distant to maintain a with time?

I was watching the music video earlier and noticed she seems to be predominantly fighting with lion hair GaGa from the ARTPOP era which is interesting. No shade to that era, I loved it but just an observation. I know she was not in a good place for that era but maybe she’s still processing it.
