She's done performances and released the music video and it didn't impact iTunes much, labels are able to tell which songs have potential and what not. She can try to force it down peoples throats with American Idol and what not but I'm sure it wouldn't make it a big difference and would end up being a waste of money. The Wrecking Ball thing happened way before than Miley released Adore You and people were still interested in her, so the video has around 70mill views while the song hasn't been successful. You cannot deny that it is a good song, better than many of her others than have charted quite highly. Not sure why none of the radio stations are playing it tbh... Oh well! people hear Gaga and they are bored. It's the harsh truth. We know the stuff she is putting out is as great as ever, but I think people are done with her. If not it will make the performance look worse because if people were interested in the song she's done a substantial amount of promotion already, it would at least be in the Top 200.
