I agree. Over on that forum the users moan about everything, it's so stupid. Idk why some of them torture themselves following the show any more.   :fail:

Yeah I can't get over some of them, they aren't open to any change whatsoever, they've got to understand that times are changing and the show has to change a little too. I was watching a BB episode from 2009 yesterday and I was so bored halfway through. I like how they make it ,more entertaining now with the edits during tasks and background music and stuff

I agree with you, it needed a change.

Anyway this Can be like  GGD TiBB, but on a much smaller scale if we all continue to use this thread  :teehee:

I watched a random episode from 2009 too. It's strange, I wasn't crazy about that season at the time but I think if I re-watched it now I would enjoy it more. It's very nostalgic for me.

Can I join? BB has been my life for the past 4 years!

Absolutely!!

In the run-up to launch night maybe we should have different BB related discussions. Idk, who's everyone's fave BB b---h?

Mine, without a doubt..

BB7's Grace Adams-Short

The (very close) runner-up being..

BB10's Bea Hamill

Grace was the definition of Mean Girl and Bea was just an outright b---h :smh: The way she was with poor Freddy :lmao:

Also, OK! have released some new details about the upcoming series!!

1. It’s all about the POWER
A show insider told OK! Online: “This year, we wanted to really focus on what Big Brother is essentially about – power and control. We want to offer it to individuals, half the house, and even the viewers.â€
The source added that different people – or groups of people – will be able to win power and use it to manipulate the house in a way that “only Big Brother has done in the pastâ€.
We like.

2. The housemates will still be cut off from the outside world – but not all the time
“The house will always be a secure bubble but housemates can receive info from the outside world when BB sees fit,†said our mole.
“Big Brother will use technology to his advantage.â€

3. It’s Hunger Games-meets-Minority Report
Emma Willis told OK! Online that the house will be "modern, with futuristic clean lines and technology. We've just seen pics and it's a bit like Minority Reportâ€.
Both she and Rylan agreed that the show will also feel a bit Hunger Games.
“But without the death,†added Emma, helpfully.

4. There may be tablets and other gadgets in the house
“Power is knowledge, so there will be knowledge aids,†hinted our source. “We want to open up the house more than we have done in the past.â€

5. The house is going to send its residents crazy
“I’ve seen pictures of the house and it’s very clinical,†admitted Rylan. “This house is very futuristic, very technical, so it keeps you on your toes because there's always something to look at, feel and touch.â€

6. It’ll still be good old BB
The insider reassured OK! Online that show bosses won’t be “reinventing the wheel".
“The housemates won’t be a bunch of boffins just because there’s some gadgets in there,†said the source.
“They’ll still be typical Big Brother housemates from all walks of life."

7. The house has more surprises in store
"There are nooks and crannies and surprising elements to the house that will reveal themselves," promised our spy.

Bring. it. on.

So over on TiBB they are giving out about the technology part of the article, saying "its not the same BB as it was 6 years ago". Yes, I agree, it isn't, but maybe that's a good thing, the old format was tiring after 10 years on C4. Whether you believe it or not, Channel 5 know what they're doing with this, the whole "technology messing with the Housemates, paranoia" thing is bound to attract new viewers.

I'm not sure about the look of the house, but I'm so excited to see the official pictures, they're due around now  :excited2:

I was reading the TiBB reactions too, they are hilarious  . I'm sceptical about this whole 'technology' thing, but I'm sure I'll come round to it.
