That's why "be a swine just for the weekend" immediately follows it. Ahhh, that's really plausible tbh. It never even crossed my mind! I think "catch the beat, just for the weekend" alludes to the thought process of the s-xual abuser: they join in with the awful acts that the men around them are getting away with; to them, s-x is merely a way to satisfy their hedonism rather than something that requires two consenting human beings.
