This thread will probably give them ammunition and it'll spread like fire in the media. In a way, we'd be contributing to an attack on gaga. I've seen plenty of "comparisons" between songs discussed here, and then after a few days i see headlines in the media like "Gaga rips off some song" And whatever similarities between a gaga song and another its just a coincidence. Do people really think she's dumb enough to go around look for songs by other artists and then downright copy their song. It sounds the same because MANiCURE has a similar well-known rhythm that has been used in rock for a long time - this also pertains to the harmonic progression. It's a simple song that shines in the chorus and at the end. That's when she changes the chord progression adding musical variety from and makes it stand out against other similar rock tunes.
