The best songs on ARTPOP imo are Aura, Venus (4th single), Swine, and while they're not as hard, G.U.Y., Donatella, MJH and Fashion! (instrumental). There's something about all of those songs that has this incredible energy. I really hope Act 2 songs like TEA, Temple and Brooklyn Nights are really hard EDM songs as they're sooo fun to listen to and usually have Gaga experimenting more with vocals. That and the instrumentals were all produced by producers who make their own music so they all sounded incredible even as instrumentals As a specific example, take a look at Swine (imo one of the best produced songs on the album). If you listen to the instrumental, it's crazy how literally every synth + noise has a rolling "oiiii" effect - like the oink of a pig. It's present in every moment and it really underlines the theme of the song. Vocally, Gaga also has an additional vocal track in the second verse where someone sings Swine really badly. Nobody else would ever put that in an album track, but the effect is subtle and really really cool.
