Little monsters are ruthlessly blind

"2) Fans are selfish and don't support one another.

3) Fans cheat each other for their own benefit.

4) Fans take advantage of each other.

5) Fans are blindly worshipping without depth."

Replace the word "Fans" with "People" and it would still be true.
It's not uncommon in churches, businesses, politics for people to have these traits.

2. If I'm touched or pushed in a way I don't like at a concert I'm going to f*cking push back 10 times harder. Nothing wrong with that.

What you are describing unfortunately is human nature. People are self centered animals that usually only think about what they want, what they need, and are impatient to get what they get.

It takes a lot of experience and maturity to water that part of human nature down and to find more control over one's self. Those people are out there, I bet there are plenty within the very venue you were complaining about. The thing is, those people are the quiet ones, the ones that hardly get noticed outside of their circle of friends. They get Gaga's message, because they experienced the pains she was referring to and find themselves in her music.

I wouldn't say all monsters are like that. Some just need more growing up to do. I remember middle school was very similar in the events you were describing. However as people grow and mature into high school and beyond, you learn who developed a higher level of thinking and emotional intelligence as well as IQ and who has more work to do.

If you can find within yourself the capability of acting the way the people you were referring to, you might think if you were held to the same standard, would someone judge you the same way? Why not build within you this change and character you seek? Those people will have to learn in their time or face life a little more bitter and a bit more frustrating if they spend their time pushing and yelling at people when they do not get their way.

Do your own research.

You can still say only Gaga fans do that just because that's what you've experienced. So only Gaga fans are selfish? Right :smh:

I've had way too many real life bad experiences with Gaga fans that opened my eyes. I didn't expect them to be like this. It's strange and shocking. I'm not saying that all fans are like this, but the majority of them seem to be.

Here's the list of my experiences and what I noticed. They are real life encounters at concerts.

1) Fans are completely oblivious of Gaga's message.

Inside the concert on Floor, I went with my boyfriend who was 6ft, and this girl behind us started indirectly yelling and attacking my boyfriend, saying out loud to her friends "UGH. PEOPLE OVER 6 FT SHOULD BE MOVED TO THE BACK." and repeated it constantly and nagged.

Really? So just because they were born that way, to be over 6 ft, they should be kicked to the back without a choice? What kind of Gaga fan are you?

2) Fans are selfish and don't support one another.

Another female fan, dressed very elegantly in black nets and feathers started cussing to another fan behind her saying "If you didn't ****ing touch me I wouldn't have to push you back." and said to her friend "He can suck my dick" with a b---hy attitude.

Isn't Gaga about acceptance and tolerance? She was spewing hate. It's interesting that they're so dedicated to copying Gaga's fashions, but don't know what she's about.

3) Fans cheat each other for their own benefit.

I camped out in line since 7am, and at 5pm, a group of five showed up and said that they had been there since last night, but none of them were there the whole time. No one confirmed them, but they decided to cut anyways and give attitude. Unfair. After being kicked to the back by security, they complained to the manager and ended up in front.

4) Fans take advantage of each other.

I was waiting in line and it started raining, a couple had just cut into the line and I didn't say anything. My boyfriend went home to change costume. I had 2 umbrellas. They asked to use my bf's umbrella and I said sure. An hour later I just saw the umbrella tossed away on the ground in the back. They just threw it.

5) Fans are blindly worshipping without depth.

While inside Roseland waiting for Gaga, everyone keeps talking about how they wanna touch her and be closer to the stage, yet keep complaining and b---hing about everyone else. They're so blind by Gaga's glam and fashion that her message goes straight out their head.

6) Fans don't really get it.

They're rude. While Starlight was performing, everyone was on Grindr messaging each other and moaning. When Gaga was on they all had their phones up trying to record and instagram, instead of ENJOYING THE GODDAMN CONCERT THEY PAID AND WAITED FOR.

Yes. Gaga's fans behave the opposite of her message of kindness, tolerance, and acceptance.

I live outside the space time continuum.

You can't generalize people like this. Even though they identify themselves as Monsters doesn't mean all of them will be the best behaved. Just because some are bad doesn't mean you have to bash all of us!!

I was there last night and this was so true. I said to my friend: Gaga's fans make it very hard to be a Gaga fan.

Yes I know it's human nature, but it's interesting because I thought since they are fans of Gaga, they would be more above the influence because of what Gaga's about, yet they're not.

And thank you for those backing me up. You've experienced what I have. It's not just generalization

While this may be true for some, I think it depends on what city you're in too.

In STL I was 20th in line for the Monster Pit, waited 22 hours in 5 degree and had not one single problem. Everyone was respectful and just excited and supportive.

I think the bigger cities with more fans gets to be chaotic, but not all fans are like that AT ALL.

I'm sorry you had a rough experience with certain people. But I think the majority of fans are fun and just love being with other fans.
