I love how it sounds, it's got a musky dark ambiance to it that echoes throughout each and every song, a theme that I think fails to catch on in The Fame and ARTPOP, personally. The instruments and backing used in each song flow well together, it creates an overbearing theme of the album that I've never encountered before. It's both happy and sad, dark and light. I also love Born This Way for how it's meaning of self-acceptance, self-love and self-worth, messages I carry with me and try to exercise in my life every single day. Born This Way, Marry the Night, Hair, Shiesse, The Edge of Glory, Highway Unicorn (and even Judas and Government Hooker) have honestly saved me. So, what is your favourite Gaga album? And why? I can't say that about any of her other albums, as there are skippable songs on all the others. In terms of lyrics, I connect with BTW more, but it's bogged down by the bad bonus tracks, Bad Kids and Electric Chapel. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!! I love dark pop, I love DarkGa and songs like Government Hooker, Bloody Mary and HML are my thing The deep lyrics on the album are awesome and I miss it on ARTPOP.... the lyrics are very important to me when it comes to music, maybe this is why I'm also a fan of Lana Del Rey. Also it did help me go through a rough time, so I have a special connection towards it. I Love ARTPOP and TFM as well. I like the first half of TF but there are too many fillers on the second half.
