No. And awkney yourself, if you love GUY then good but don't expect everyone to love it. The amount of supporters for G.U.Y. since the album release are probably the same as Venus and the other so-called fan favourites. Yes, the support wasn't universal, much like any of those other fan favourites anyway. But the fact that it's among the few tracks (Gypsy, Venus, SD, MANiCURE, Aura) which have always been part of the discussions for what could be and should be a single makes it a 'fan favourite' by default. Back in February, 56 members have voted for G.U.Y. as their choice for the next single, as opposed to the 20 votes for Venus. Here's the thread. And here's another thread, still back in February, with G.U.Y. leading with 81 votes, as opposed to the 39 votes for Venus. Another poll also showed that a sizeable majority preferred G.U.Y. over Venus, still in February (63 vs. 26). The consensus was quite clear. Let's not discredit G.U.Y.'s status as a fan favourite just because it's either not a personal favourite or it bombed on the charts. Never been a fan of Venus, but I wouldn't call it as something that was never a strong favourite among the fanbase. Bit no one has said it isn't a fan favourite. This omg so true, if it's a fan favorite it DOES NOT MEAN all love it, get over it, I only liked the snippet she posted before an album release and after 50-60 listens to it, I got bored, while I can blast any TF/M/BTW era song and it still sounds good for me. The album is obviously overpriced because every time they discount it, it does TOP 100 and with its full price, it's not even in the TOP 400... Also, the polls listed were ones where Venus was the only other choice. In that case, I would have voted for G.U.Y. over Venus every time. All that means, from me, is that G.U.Y. was the better of the two poor choices. (IMO) There are three...maybe four singles I would have chosen before G.U.Y., but they weren't an option in the polls above. It's so not about Venus and it's not about GUY flopping. Why can't you people understand that some of us just don't think GUY is all that good? You constantly shade "Venusians" where all there is here is people attacking people who don't like GUY a lot. Deal with it yourself that for some GUY is far away from being one of her top 3 songs.
