I mean the guy has some serious issues and I don't like that gaga even responds or talks about him because it lowers her standards. He is so D-list and she's like a top A star. If he really wanted to sneak in, it would be a lot easier if he DIDN'T talk about it beforehand. Conclusion: He (probably) doesn't really intend to sneak in.IF he has a sinister plan, it's probably: Rile up Little Monsters by tweeting this stuff, and get them looking for him in every other fan's faces.
