The performance had nothing to do with eating disorders and Gaga has struggled with eating disorders so she would never make fun of it. I'm happy Gaga said something I think Demi is allowed to interrupt the performance the way she does. Like if she see that art like that then that's how she will see it. Well it was respectful and gave a nice explanation the song is called Swine and it is about rape so of course it's probably going to have a non-classy performance, regardless of how classy the performer is.
