You see, since Gaga had a surgery last year to mend her synovitis, which is closely related to her lupus (remember, she's borderline positive?), she probably started taking Corticosteroids as they are part of the treatment. If you guys don't know, most people who have to take this type of medicine have their metabolism altered causing a movement of body fat to the face and torso. Hence her face looking fuller and "different". So, yeah. No plastic surgery, just a treatment to take care of her health. Wow, I didn't know... this might be it. It looks like she's gotten Botox and some fillers, which isn't technically surgery anyway. It looks like u forget she is now 27, and back then 22.
