Can G.U.Y. get consecutive #1 on billboard?

That's a long shot. Top 5 alone isn't a guarantee for her, considering the strong competition currently within that bracket. There's literally no way a track on ARTPOP could hit #1 in the Billboard HOT 100 chart. Radio simply isn't that huge over her, nor her digital sales are that massive. Same goes with streaming. We'd be lucky to get another top 10 hit from this album.

GUY will be Top 20, maybe lower Top 10. It will not be #1 and it sure as hell won't win a Grammy :lmao:

It's not logic my dear, it's called statics.

statistics? u do realize that there has been instances, many actually where the later singles, become bigger than the leads… :sharon:

Well true, but they both went #1. Poker Face was definitely bigger though. It would be the first time a later single literally charted higher than the lead though. :) I think it can easily go higher than #4!

from just gaga than yes, but there have been many artists  that have done it...

It will be a miracle if it goes top10 tbh.

Exactly, I see it ending like MTN to be honest.

And I don't say it to flamebait (cheers to the moods  :kissga: ) It is just how it looks like, with radio impact and itunes release being so far away. Also 11 min video makes streaming a problem. But to be clear - I do love the video.

That's true. But statistics have also shown that Gaga has yet to score a bigger post-album single than the pre-album ones or at least the first two.
