The program is scheduled by local stations, NOT by a national network. It's produced by NBC/Universal, in fact, but they sell it to individual stations, not necessarily NBC affiliates. And the stations can then air it at whatever time they choose. Why on earth would you or anyone state that she is going to be on at 10:30PM EST when in all actuality, the first time they can see her is at 7:30PM EST. It makes absolutely no sense. The first showing of access hollywood is at 7:30PM I don't know what you don't understand about that.
