And its obvious because her populariy is dwindling, even among her fanbase which I'm not denying is still strong. If she wants to be an indie rock artist fine but don't market yourself as a popstar. Personally, I feel like that was the most human, raw and inspired performance I've ever seen her give...probably ever. She moved me to tears at several points, made me uncomfortable, made me want to party and filled me with joy. It was absolutely breathtaking. Her life was theatre. And now she's angry. She had gotten everything she thought she ever wanted, and now realizing that staying true to who you are is honestly way more important. Might be a bit of a reach, I know, but I really took that away from the SXSW performance.
