Just because this particular wig is a mess and she's not wearing makeup in this pic doesn't mean they're failures at makeup/hair. Freddie's wigs are flawless 99% of the time and he's certainly created one of your favourite looks. Tara's makeup also looks ultra-flattering on her whenever she's trying to look gorgeous as well, (See: Oscars. Versace show, Jingle Bell Ball, BTWB) and she's clearly proven herself just as capable as any other makeup artist. I dunno what the hell you people are hoping for, like, do you think a new hairstylist will put DWUW back on the charts or make ARTPOP finally outsell Prism or something? They're perfectly talented and it's not like firing them would have any affect on the direction of her career anyways, so let her keep staff who she actually gets along with and is a good friend.
