1. I can't really think of anything that could make me stop loving her. Hell, my future kids will probably stan too  :toofloppy:

2. I can't give an unwaivering promise that if she releases a Neo Nazi inspired album I'll stay, but so far she has proven she is the Artist I always meant to find. I owe much to her inspiration, and to her conduit as a creative kaleidoscope.

Battle 4 Ur Life

Right now I'm precisely at 4.6 (not happy)...but she would have to screw up too much for me to be on like, 10. I'm actually more inclined to go back. Let's see what happens next

1, I'll always be here for everything she is doing, but if she keeps taking so long to do stuff then eventually I'll stop checking in every day and just wait for big things like the GP would

8. I was all about Gaga during BTW, when I was going through a rough time in my life -- not only personally, but also as a creative person. I was able to live through Gaga, I think. All of her self-affirmations about believing in yourself and being able to do anything you dream of really were a light in a dark time. But I've matured so much since then and no longer need another person to tell me I'm worth it. I've also realized that it's not always as simple as she says it is...anything is possible for her, because she's the one who actually made it. There are so many others who don't. And it doesn't always have to do with believing in yourself, or being talented, or working hard...sometimes it's just luck. And I wasn't lucky enough to make it like I wanted to. But now I'm on an entirely different path that I couldn't have ever imagined, and although it's not as glamorous, I'm so much happier. The message of BTW helped me when I was depressed, but now that I'm happy, I don't rely on Gaga to light up my day. I think it's healthier for me. There's no longer a void that needs to be filled. I was hoping ARTPOP would inspire me in some other, entirely different way, but it seemed to be more of a step backward than anything, at least for me. I didn't really like the music at all, either. A lot depends on if the next album is any good or not. If it's not, I'll find other ways to fill my time.

Gaga is not a way to fill your life though. I mean she makes music and everyone needs music in his life. If you don't like the music its ok, but saying that now that you don't need Gaga anymore you turn your back in her seems a bit selfish to me, Idk.

1. Gaga is more than just a disposable singer to me. I will stand by her no matter what, just as I would somebody I'm close to. It would take a lot more than the petty things some people complain about.

Everyone has a different idea of what Gaga means to them, and why she's important to them personally. She was important to me because she inspired me. She no longer inspires me. So Gaga really doesn't mean much of anything to me anymore, unfortunately, and so I don't see why I should spend my time following her every move. It's become more of a habit than anything. I also think that if you view your relationship with a celebrity so personally as to think you're turning your back on them somehow by not paying attention to them, then you need to rethink some things. The word selfish has no meaning when it comes to my relationship with a person who I don't personally know.

Habit.... yes, that is the way I feel.  It is sad a little, to see how some people have changed (in a manner of speaking), but then I'm also glad I'm not alone.  And music is like old pictures, we can always go back and capture the magic again... and recall the moment.

Ok, I understand. When I said turning your back I meant that how can someone that inspired you meaning nothing to you now, I was always proud for people that inspired me. I didn't say that you owe anything to Gaga, I just found dificult to believe that you lost your respect for someone that meant a lot to you just because you've grown up and changed.
