Ascetic 0
I don't love anyone like that, the voice is annoying, and I'm not a fan of d--g culture. :ohwell:

Ladey Gagz 2,512
The slurred vocals are kind of annoying and the song is such a downer. It sucks the fun out of ARTPOP. I don't love anyone like that, the voice is annoying, and I'm not a fan of d--g culture. But why do yall prefer I wanna be with u I dont get it either
Lascivious 0
I was high out of my mind and I cried the first time I heard that song at the summer festival thing.
TimisaMonster 31,073
The song is boring and depressing The song is REALLY slow The song is about dealing with d--g addiction and I can't relate The song ruins the flow of the album The song would've been better if it was IWBWY Many other things... DrewStevens 5,249
I like Dope, but her voice in some parts is kinda cringeworthy
ghs 3,343
Because it's just not a good song? It's better than the cheesy I Wanna Be With You for sure but Gaga has yet to produce a really good ballad - Speechless is a power ballad. Princess Die and Living on the radio sound much better than any ballad she ever put out.

Morphine Prince 105,627
I like it but it's definitely the song I less listen to from ARTPOP.
dragqueenshego 108
I think Dope had potential but it became over produced. She was trying to make it too emotionally with the cracked up voice and after the first chorus unnecessary instruments joined into the song. The song was better when she premiered acoustically in Germany.

elijahfan 26,032
Because people (um.... Monsters) just love to hold weird grudges against Gaga... She said it would be an album that could be played from start to end at a club, and here comes Dope. I find it funny how everyone raves about a song like Speechless, while Dope, on the other hand, gets this weird treatment. But to me, it's a ballad that isn't in any way less enjoyable than Speechless. It's just not on the widely acclaimed Fame Monster record... That may be an explanation...
