SO since she used "is being used", it is quite clear that she is talking about the present & NOT the past or the future. You have one interpretation, which is valid. She COULD be insinuating that "ART POP" is being used in make up terminology only because of her~~ Solar Spectre had another one, which I agreed with. The only reason why this argument is taking place is because you arrogantly tried to tell him that he was dead wrong... which... honestly, considering the lack of real substance or explanation in that tweet... you have insufficient evidence to back up. Secondly, the "evidence" is present in the statement itself & the way she worded it. She used present progressive tense, which means she is talking about now, the present. But Solar Spectre said that she was talking about how the term has been used in the past, present & future, which she clearly wasn't.
