PS reached a new high score in 2048 CHI CHI edition http://games.usvsth3m.com/2048/chi-chi-edition/ A (kinda long) TL;DR about that I've seen on tumblr: apparently, on march 30/31st hyoyeon was out with her friends, and she may/may not have joked about jumping off the first floor of the house they were all hanging out with. bc of that, her male friend or bf (bf was in the first reports), tried to stop her literally by grabbing her and holding her back. when he did this, she tried to get away and she ended up hitting him in the eye. so he took offense and reported it to the police. both were questioned, since it was reported, but the male ended up saying something along the lines that it was a misunderstanding and that hyoyeon didnt mean to “assault†him. apparently, SM came out and said a similar story, aka it was just a misunderstanding and they were the ones that identified it as hyoyeon. so after this, i just assumed that was it, that it was in fact a misunderstanding and a joke that went wrong quickly probably bc hyoyeon and her friends (most likely the seoulcialites who i also will say am not particularly fond of) were probably drunk, and hyoyeon seems to have crazy drunk habits lol. and then i woke up to a mess. apparently someone wrote on naver on some blog post (idk how it really works) that her sisters friend’s dad (take this credibility as you see fit) is a police officer and that hyoyeon was really trying to commit suicide because she has been bullied (physically, emotionally, or mentally) by her members (this scenario i find hardest to believe) and her rumored before (jay kim or whatever) tried to stop her and reported it to the police for their sakes. netizens, already suspicious of everything and their distrustful nature towards the idol industry and hatred of SM, then took it even further by either agreeing with it or saying hyoyeon was really a scapegoat and something actually happened to a more “popular†member, the most obvious choice being taeyeon bc her demeanor is different from earlier years and she has admitted to having various emotions lately and a lot on her mind. basically netizens theorize that SM cant lose taeyeon but are willing to sacrifice hyoyeon. to make matters worse, sones propagated other rumors by sending cryptic tweets, not replying to anybody, disappearing altogether, and then coming back and playing dumb. or they put their own opinions in it and their own conspiracy theories. this really annoys me not gonna lie. and of course, all fans worry about their idols, and speculation runs rampant and now everybody is just worried. and some people just think its all an aprils fools day joke, which would be very dark since it involves the police and involves so many parties so im not sure about it being a joke. I've heard that Boreum (the blonde) was sick of all the media attention about her weight (she was always a little bit bigger than the average KPOP girl) so left the group around December 2012, and after that the rest of the girls didn't want to be in CHI CHI anymore. But I'm not sure which came first, CHI CHI disbanding or Trophy folding. If you haven't already, you should check out some of their other songs! Leon is the B-Side from Love is Energy.
