PopReaper 2,229
Rooting for you I'll post one today and one tomorrow. Then we can figure out what to review for Throwback Thursday (inb4 800 comebacks happen tomorrow) Warning: The following review might suck :megaflop: G.NA’s song: As a G.NA newbie, this song was a pleasant surprise. It’s very easy to listen to, and even though the smooth/cutesy k-pop songs have fallen into a generic and predictable route, this one went slightly off that track and delivered a nice rhythm and visuals that sounded and looked very attractive. The MV follows the traditional and simple storyline, but sometimes that is just the right thing to do. Overall, it’s a nice piece of work, but it doesn’t have that “memorable†factor that the iconic k-pop tracks have. Rating: 7.5/10 Hyosung’s song: Great debut from one of the members of SECRET that immediately caught my attention when I first saw their videos. It mixes the groovyness from songs like “Recipe†by Brown Eyed Girls with trap influences, two elements that I honestly love. It’s catchy and the MV complements it very well. Overall, It’s a very strong debut and I’ll definitely keep my eyes on her from now on. Rating: 9/10 The Throwback Thursday song needs to be Hair Short tbh, it's not even 6 months old but laws of gravity, space, time and K-POP KREW posts don't apply to Kweengs Fun Fact: The K in KPop stands for "Kate Bush"
