Brazil for example, say that even less then 15min videos can be considered short films... There is no consensus at all... Okay, Telephone can be considered a short film cause it has credits and it tells us a story, with dialogues and everything... It really look like one, but Bad Romance I'd say it is just a music video. But I still think G.U.Y. will be longer than Marry the Night. Six days, guys, for 10 minutes? I don't think so... We'll see.
