Just do a quick research and you'll find that international film festivals use 30-40 minutes as a reference for a video to be considered a short film... + She never said Bad Romance or Telephone were Short films, she never said that about MTN too... I bet G.U.Y. will be around 30 minutes. If G.U.Y. music video has around 10 minutes, she is not using the expression "short film" right... I think you should be prepared for a real short film...
