When the majority of them don't even acknowledge that Palestine is a state? No other country is being boycotted by many major figures such as Stephen Hawking, no one is singling out your country for no reason. Don't you think for one minute that there must be a reason why so many oppose what your government is doing? Nothing, all she achieved was that she was used by the israeli media to show that israel is a normal state and that even a pop superstar like madonna came there. This is exactly what would happen if gaga went, she needs to not allow herself to be propagated like madonna was. Israel IS a normal state, every state has its own political problems, Gaga went to Korea despite of its government and what was happening there, she even went to Russia for crying out loud, there's no point of doing this right now. Ive already answered this around 10 times but you keep going around in circles. She would achieve awareness to the cause, she would show that she doesn't support the apartheid state, she would not allow herself to be used as a propaganda tool. Just like many others have done in the past and their voices have been heard, no one is expecting gaga to solve the conflict but she can definitely help. Israel is not a normal state, how can you say apartheid is normal, you know very well that Israel is far from a normal state. Israel is not a racist country, considering Arabs AND Jews AND Russians and other races live there, Jewish people often get more right cause they serve in the military, which by the way, Arabs can too + obtain the same rights afterwards. The whole Palestine situation is INDEED ****ed up, trust me I know and I don't support it and never had and never will, but this action of boycotting Israel because of it is unneeded and uncalled for and well, pointless. Again, going by the same logic and how AMERICA SUPPORTS and HELPS in this occupation (in Palestine) and seeing how America is treating middle eastern countries, then why shouldn't she boycott America too? unless she doesn't really want to make a change. it ONLY makes sense if you think about it in a technical way.
