I still think E.T. was a prettier video as well as had better substance/plot. It's still pretty good visually for green screen CGI fun, and suits Katy well.... but I wouldn't go so far to say it out does Gaga. Bad Romance smashes this easily. The only video that I'd put under this would be like Beautiful, Dirty, Rich... i am still crying so hard please give me comfort please hug me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some stuff she does just seems like she's trying to be cutesy or weirdly funny.
