She could stand on the stage in a pair of jeans and a white t-shirt for all I care so long as she sang the songs. I know she plays the backing vocals loud during most of the choruses and doesn't sing but when I've seen her in the past she didn't lip sync because she didn't pretend to be singing when she did that and I'd be furious if she did now. It was hard to tell if she was really singing along sometimes, you do hear it clearly when you wear earplugs. I prefer live backup vocalistst. I love the synergy of that too.
