Wootan 0
That's all fine and great, but there are some opinions that do cross the line and become disrespectful, and currently that seems to be getting more and more. The idea that everyone posts ideas of what Gaga should do only "for fun" is also obsolete right now. Opinions are great, and get good conversation flowing. Uninformed opinions with little reasoning to back up the points being made are not, and cause unnecessary confrontation over subjects that needn't be discussed in the first place. This ! Danny Boy 0
Seems like now some fans are picking on her rather than giving a valid opinion.

Trust me, number of posts has nothing to do with how long a person's been on this site. I've been on here for a long time and I hardly ever post, mostly because of what the OP is talking about. giskardsb 12,565
If "fun" involves complaining that Gaga isn't working hard enough, calling others delusional, having meltdowns because Gaga hasn't tweeted the right thing at the right time, making sure that every person in the forum in every thread knows that you think that Gaga "flopped", nitpicking every aspect of lyrics and production so that you can "prove" why Gaga is failing or why her music is unacceptable, and dragging and shading people and celebrities on forums and twitter, then I want no part of it. That's not fun it's just making yourself miserable and trying to drag others down with you because you don't want anyone else to be happy if you aren't. Ronk 14,762
if someone wants to express their opinion on someone elses opinion then I'm okay with it just as each person puts their opinions in positive ways. I agree, but this is not happening. Many people are expressing their opinions in hateful, mean and rude ways. And they call that FUN. They are against the concept of online kindness because they build their existence around hatred. They are nothing if they can't hurt someone else. I live outside the space time continuum. There is a huge difference between fun and dragging in the cat. If you killed the poor, ****ing thing, at least bury it. Same with the dead horse. Stopping beating the **** out of the dead and bury it. Do your own research.

If half the fanbase is calling her a flop because she hasn't met their Popstar Requirements which include pleasing everybody all the time and never following her own vision, how is that good for anyone, especially Gaga herself? like a ghost, i vanish into you

That J 12,166
Not to be rude but it's funny seeing people agree with this thread....some the same people who got upset about Gaga taking a vacation. I totally agree with the initial post in this thread as people need to realize, she's not a coworker of yours, she's not your friend who you gossip about, she's a real woman who's living her life and chose to share some of it thru her music and art. You don't own her and you don't manage her. I get the love for her as I love her to pieces but she's never ours. The music is, the fashion can be, the eras can be shared but there IS a separation that some monsters out there just don't seem to understand. I don't believe in flop. I don't need certain commercial standards to be set. I don't like the majority if crap people call hits these days anyway. I can only speak for me and while I'm also anxiously awaiting something new from this era, I love the album. It's a hit for me The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than The Driver Of The Screw
Phoenix 17,395
Why would you care about people's ideas that they THINK would be cool? It's not going to change what actually happens,. It's all in fun. Constantly attacking suggestions is taking away the fun and creating constant negativity. If you don't agree with someone then MOVE ON. Their opinion isn't affecting you or Gaga. It's simply what people do on a fan site. Yes, but getting 50 thread per days about which single should be next and which one will sell the most is not really fun. It's actually despreate. And when someone makes a thread about something that's suposed to be funny, him/her gets all the bad posts and most often that thread gets closed. 💎
Ronk 14,762
Even though I totally agree with you, what irks me is when people say the Gaga NEEDS to do this, or that... I have nothing against suggestions, but no opinion should feel imposed and shoved down Gaga's throat, 'cause in the end SHE is the artist. This. I live outside the space time continuum.
