Constantly attacking suggestions is taking away the fun and creating constant negativity. If you don't agree with someone then MOVE ON. Their opinion isn't affecting you or Gaga. It's simply what people do on a fan site. Really you take away what a fan base is. I really haven't seen to much negativity towards others on this fanbase or Gaga and if their was they disclose their reasons. And if you don't agree with someone do you move on? And all the opinions/ suggestions/ wants/ needs are dismissed after Gaga releases her next single/video/album/ performance, and then it starts all over again. People just need to embrace the process and enjoy it, instead of acting like our opinions actually matter and are going to change the outcome. I agree, I was just saying I don't wanna be lumped in with those who complain about gaga and act like she's an idiot just coz occasionally I think she should/ should not make a certain decision. Plus it annoys me when people complain about people wanting safer singles. If anyone questions what Gaga is doing there are so many "she can do whatever the hell she wants" or "why does it matter just sit back in the audience" and constant "little managers" comments. These comments are honestly getting more annoying than the suggestions others are making.Everyone understands that Nothing we say here is going to make a difference and is just for FUN. Stop getting so offended by OPINIONS that aren't going to affect ANYTHING.At the end of the day, we are following a Pop artist. "Pop" is short for "Popular" you know...... Leave people the hell alone about their opinions and suggestions to improve the current "Era". It's the only thing keeping this site busy right now.Do you have examples?If someone's opinions are insulting, then it's not surprise they catch heat for it, and probably warning points too.I almost never see anyone attack someone for posting constructive criticism. I do agree that sometimes it goes overboard with negativity, but I keep seeing more and more comments offended by benign opinions. The opinion may be negative, but is benign. Allison M 357 Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Record labels make bad decisions all the time though and so do artists. iIt doesn't mean the fans would be better at those jobs but sometimes fans can be right. I always wished they would have let her release DITD because she wanted to and I think it could have been a big hit but apparently Interscope didn't want it. I could be wrong about it being a hit though, who knows? But I am almost positive that if she releases dope it won't be a hit. If she chooses to to that though I will be happy with that because I love the song. I'm pretty sure Interscope wanted DITD as a single and Gaga fought for Alejandro. The idea that everyone posts ideas of what Gaga should do only "for fun" is also obsolete right now. Opinions are great, and get good conversation flowing. Uninformed opinions with little reasoning to back up the points being made are not, and cause unnecessary confrontation over subjects that needn't be discussed in the first place.
