I know Sabbath is up for a couple awards and are presenting but I haven't heard anything about what Gaga's doing. Is she even gonna be there ? autumnmycat 0 Posted January 26, 2014 Share Posted January 26, 2014 She always references somebody...I use to cry seeing Britney's hand...I stripped to Black Sabbath...I wrote Born This Way thinking about Whitney Houston...things like that make it sound cool like she used to know EVERY musician and has a story behind her experience listening to their music...NO shade...just interesting... Well, no offense, but those singers aren't exactly unheard of. It's hard not to be influenced by singers that are popular at the time and/or your parents play in the house. Maybe the Whitney Houston one is a little bit of a stretch but hasn't she already said that she stripped to Ozzy before? (Plus who doesn't cry seeing Britney I mean for real) I'm already planning my speeches, "I was influenced by Carly Simon, Utada Hikaru, and Lady Gaga. She isn't nominated and hasn't been announced as a performer so there isn't much of a point for her to go. plus she was in LA for MusiCares and flew to Chicago right after. If she were going to be at the Grammys i think she would have just stayed there. but we never know with Gaga. I'm just saying i'm not counting on it.
