I think maybe temporary facial injections (although she claimed on Howard Stern she stopped with it and the stuff is gone now). Weight loss and gain, aging and different make-up, styling, angles, lightening etc. - all that makes a huge difference as well of course. Sometimes I'm thinking that she might got a chin implant or something like that, but you never know for sure. Reason why I think that is that her facial expressions when she sings changed a lot between BTW and now, it's like she had botox around the mouth area (but those are pure my speculations). If you want to use more recent footage to compare, please look at the acoustic DWUW performance on Chatty Man http://youtu.be/BMVxLPLsshA Having a big nose as well, I can tell you that I have seen my nose appear smaller due to different makeup situations, HELLO PEOPLE HOW ABOUT ANGLES OF PHOTOS?!, and when I lost weight too. When my fiance and I were watching the red carpet feed for the VMAs searching for Gaga, the first thing we spotted was her schnoz tbh. She definitely has had fillers in her lips and I would put Botox as a possibility, though I don't understand why a girl my age needs botox? Women also can bloat in the face VERY EASILY due to diet, stress, and our periods. Drugs can also bloat the face and nose. Please note that Gaga used to do c-----e.... especially around the time that those dark haired bang photos were out. Also, bangs do a lot to her nose shape as I have seen it look more apparent when she wore the bangs on the Muppet Special and H&M opening. She is not very pleased with it, she calls it ugly. She did said it herself she want to do it, way before she filmed "Just Dance" Months before she performs in Miami.
