If you have a vacation that is postponed do you still pack all your stuff up as regularly planned? No. Gaga will do whats best for the era, if she doesnt want to restart the hype yet then she wont. I trust the timeline for ARTPOP will be much better thought out than BTW and it will hit us hard and quick rather than strung out information over a long period of time. But I think that now with ARTPOP promo starting up SOON (), I think that she will give us SOMETHING.
